Busy stay at home Mom with 2 little girls, 3 years old and 10 months old. Hubby works at home all day so we're all together all day, pretty nice life. We used to both work outside the home all day and have our first daughter in day care all day. This way is so much better. Soups, casseroles, Mexican, Italian, love to bake cakes, used to be a professional decorator so my girls get awesome cakes for birthdays! Also love to bake breads and cookies and my all time favorite..cheesecake! I grew up with great cooks all around me...holidays always had great food, I am trying to keep that tradition going for my kids. 3 tier wedding style cake for my first daughter's birthday...prime rib roast for Christmas dinner last year was perfect. Need to come up with another fantastic cake design for my second daughter's first birthday in February. Making my cornbread stuffing for Thanksgiving this year and I had a house full of people..little nervous and I had decided to put in some toasted pecans this year...BURNT them on the stove while talking! Even burnt my wooden spoon! Smoke alarm and everything! Good thing I had more to start over!
