Special Buttercream Frosting
This recipe is great! I substituted butter for the shortening because that is what I had on hand. I used it on my daughters cake and EVERYONE loved it!

Fluffy Pancakes
I love these pancakes! They are perfect as-is. Some times I add bananas and walnuts and that makes them taste even better!
