I make this too now all the time... I use some orange juice in place of some of the water...

Peppered Bacon and Tomato Linguine
the bacon or at least the grease is one of the key things that makes this taste sooo good.. Of course the garlic adds to it as well. So simply to make and so good in the summer for something light to eat.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Pretty good.. First time to make anything like this... I doubled it and it turned out good. I added a can of green chiles also and included a can of Mexicorn.
