Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
This came out awesome! I used about half of it and made it in my 12 inch cast iron pan. I also spread the dough with garlic butter before adding other ingredients and baked it on the lower rack of the oven.

Best Ever Corn Muffins
Was really good. Since I didn't have any biscuit baking mix, I followed BABYDANE's advise about using 1 1/2 cups flour but only put 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt and reduced the sugar to 7 Tbs. Mine was done in about 15 minutes.

Tomato Soup Cake III
I left out the raisins and walnuts, baked at 350 degrees for about 23 minutes and it came out really moist and delicious!
