Squash Stuffing Casserole
This is so good, when I brought it to a small potluck dinner, 3/4 of it was gone in an hour! I had a 12 oz box of stuffing, so I used the entire thing and increased the margarine to 3/4 c. It smelled so good while it was cooking, it was hard to resist eating it before the potluck!

Hash Brown Casserole II
Very good tasting and it went over well at a potluck lunch! The next time I make it, though, I'll probably omit the 1/2 cup of butter as the casserole was very greasy. I'll try low-fat cheese as well.

Cottage Cheese Bread I
Wow, was this GOOD!! It tastes best warm, I think. I cut the yeast to 2 tsp., added more flour (about 1/2 c more) and used my Kitchen Aid with dough hook to knead. I baked it at 350 for 20 minutes or so. It made 2 nice-sized loaves. I will definitely make this again!
