I live in a very rural area of NW Pennsylvania. I garden and love to cook. I send my wares with my husband to his job and have made a little money on the side baking for his co-workers. Any type of pastries, donuts, cakes etc. I like to cook exotic things as well, particularly Greek cuisine. And candy at Christmas, of course, and lots of other times too. Pork and sauerkraut! We all get together on New Years Eve and eat it for good luck. My Grandmother makes it the best. She uses pork ribs and sausage links and hot dogs baked in kraut diced tomatoes(I like to add a few pepperocinis to mine). My husband had wanted a crown roast for Christmas dinner a few years back...It turned out spectacular!!! I buy my sugar, salt, flour etc. in bulk..I used salt instead of sugar in some cookies I made. The look on my husband face. Well you can imagine.
