Cola Sauerkraut

This sauerkraut deserves a ten. Everyone loved this dish. It was great as a side dish, on sandwiches and alone,very delicious. Thanks Drew for sharing.

Green Chile and Rice Casserole

We love this dish. I made it first time last Christmas and have made it most holidays since. I used mixed rice and cheese to my liking, also added mushrooms. This is one of those recipes that you can adapt to suit yourself. I gave it 5 stars because it is "the Best"!

Creamy Sausage Dip

I made this for my daughter-in-laws birthday party and everyone really liked it. I mixed it up in the morning and put it in a casserole dish and refrigerated it until ready to go. When I got there, I stuck it in the oven for 30 min. and served it. In another 30 min., the dip was all gone! Easy to make and delicious, what more can you ask for? Thanks for the great recipe.

Zucchini Cobbler

We added oatmeal to flour mixture as suggested by another reader, and doubled the cinnamon. This is an excellent recipe, tasted just like apple cobbler. I'm making again and will add walnuts to the topping mixture. Thanks for the great recipe.

Karen A's Chocolate Dump Cake

Boys & Girls this cake deserves a much classier name! My family went nuts over it. I used vanilla pudding with a Duncan Hines Chocolate Fudge cake mix. This is THE easiest cake that I have ever made, and I have made plenty in the last 45 years. We're calling it the "Illegal To Eat Cake" (surely it will be against the law to enjoy anything that much in the future)Thank you so much for this recipe.

Easy Pistachio English Toffee Ice Box Cake

I have made this recipe with "Butternut Bars" and it is delicious. I am sure that any of your favorite candy bar(with crunch)or pudding flavors would work. I got my recipe from my Mom's (Kate Linville) church cookbook.

Chicken Roll Ups

For the reader who was skeptical about the use of Italian dressing. I have been using this dressing for many years to marinate chicken, pork tenderloin, and steak (cheaper than marinades). It works great! Everyone raves about the taste. I will try this recipe very soon, sounds delicious with the addition of bacon & bbq sauce.

The Sarge's Goetta - German Breakfast Treat

I couldn't wait to try this, so I paid a high price at the health food store for the oats. It wasn't difficult to make and my family loves it. I froze it on a wax papered cookie sheet and then put into freezer bags. This will be a regular for us. Thank you for sharing.
