Only 2c of sugar - 1c white and 1c brown - is plenty sweet. Also, this recipe lends itself to more zucchini. I added more than 3c and it was delicious. This stuff melts in your mouth!

I went with the changes in the review of 3 cups confectioners, 2 cups brown, and 1 cup peanut butter. Very creamy and easy! Beware though, it is VERY sweet! I start timing at an early boil, before the rolling stage and it comes out perfect. Lining the pan with Saran wrap is a brilliant idea, and gives the fudge a perfect smooth top.
