Baby Back Ribs
Excellent! I made a rub and let it sit overnight instead of the BBQ sauce. I added the sauce at the end and stuck it under the broiler for a few minutes. Came out just perfect.

Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Beer
I thought this was just okay. I doubt I would make this again. The beer I used was a bit strong and over powered the rest of the flavors.
