White Peach Sangria

Really good, I used Peach Schnapps lessened the sugar and added a bit of ginger ale, cause I didn't want everyone to be hammered. We drank it all. It was light and peachy and yummy.

Baked Potato Soup

Made this for a bake off and won 1st place. I did add pumpkin (about 1/2 a cup to the cream cheese mixture) and a little pumpkin pie spice. I also left the cool whip as a separate layer (just to make it look prettier.) Really good and really easy. P.S. the cake is delicious by itself.

Colossal Caramel Apple Trifle

I made this for a church function and it got rave reviews. I also used only 5 cups of milk so the pudding was a bit thicker. Does make a lot of dessert.

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

Very tasty and easy. I did add vanilla to the dough . . I add vanilla to almost all my baked goods. I used seedless raspberry jam and took the advide of another poster and put it in a plastic bag and snipped the end off and it worked great. Can't wait to try this with lemon curd. Yummy!!!!

Grandma's Peach French Toast

This was tasty. I added a little evaporated milk to the egg mixture before pouring it over the bread. It does smell great when it is baking and the bread has a very custardy taste to it. Very good.

Coconut Macaroons II

I was nervous about making these and having them stick down . . but I used the greased parchment paper method and they were fine. I skipped the almond extract and used more vanilla and stuck a hershey's kiss on top. Very yummy!

Canadian Molasses Cookies

The first day I made these they were a little more gingery than I like . . but on day 2 they were super. Very molassasie. I just ate one with vanilla ice cream . . it was yummy.

American Lasagna

I made this for my birthday . . it was a hit. Our little town didn't have fresh basil, so I used a tsp of dried. Added a bit more garlic and followed the recipe the rest of the way. It was great. I did prepare it the day before and it baked up great and was super easy to cut! What a winner!

The World's Best Turkey

Easy and Delicious Chicken
