Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf
I love this recipe and so does my boyfriend. I have made this a few times and make a couple small adjustments. I think a whole onion is a little much, so I use about 2/3 and onion. I use 1/2 the amt of balsalmic and make up the rest with worchestershire. I use 1/2 the amt of milk and only make 1/2 the sauce. I would like to try a few more vegetables in this, so I might try celery next time. Sometimes, when I am really hungry I'll half it into two loaf pans so it cooks a little faster. Can even do it in the toaster oven to not heat up the house and use less energy!
It's a keeper!
