Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Turned out so moist and flavorful. I only used 1 egg and pounded the chicken breasts flat and then rolled up with cheese mixture. This will be a special treat of a meal for our family!

Easy Ice Cream Cake

My new go-to dessert for special occassions. SO EASY! Everyone loved it. I sprinkled crushed Butterfinger on top. I'll be buying icream sandwiches everytime they're on sale to have on hand. I used about 10 1/2 sandwiches on each layer.

Peanut Butter Clusters

I'm giving 5 stars because these tasted great, but for some reason, my peanut butter chips wouldn't melt. They just got dry and soft, like they had been overcooked, but I checked it often in the microwave. Oh well. I added milk and put them in the freezer to harden. Will try again!

Garlic Chicken

Very flavorful and simple. I used Pepperidge Farms Italian stuffing mix, which didn't coat the chicken as well, but we're trying to cut carbs, anyway! It got really crispy. Definitely a keeper!

Zucchini Corn Fritters

Oh so tasty and easy. I made them healthier by spraying my griddle with cooking spray. They turned out more like pancakes, but I'm just happy I can get my toddler to eat something with veggies in it. I will make & freeze a bunch to heat up for him. Thanks for the recipe!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

De-Lish! This is the only apple pie I'll ever make. Added 1 tsp. of cinnamon & vanilla, and a dash of nutmeg. Baked at 350 the entire time. Covered with foil the last 15 minutes to prevent over-browning. May add a little cornstarch next time because it was a tad runny.
