Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

It took one person (my son) to try it and he said OMG this is bangin!! Everyone else dove in for a try and the whole roll disappeared. They want another one already and a few asked for the recipe. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!

Roasted Garlic Zucchini and Tomatoes

AWESOME!!! We all loved this dish. Everyone had seconds except my husband he had thirds!! I did double the recipe and boy I'm glad I did. Served it with grilled chicken and rice. It was the BOMB! Thanks for sharing.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

My son and I really liked this dip, it does make alot. We used cinnamon graham crackers to dip it with but, I just couldn't get my husband to try it! Oh well, his loss!!

Breaded Toasted Ravioli

These were just ok, I think the next time I'll deep fry them. I think that the taste was not as good baked vs. fried. I know that I should stick to healthy, but this one just needed to take a bath in hot oil!!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

I am ashamed of myself that I had this recipe in my recipe box for the past 3 Years and never tried it until today. It was incredible, everyone loved it and the next time, I am going to double the recipe because the five of us left the bowl empty!! I made it exactly and sprinkled a little fresh parsley and fine mozzarello on top. They requested a side order to go with tomorrow's meal. Thanks for sharing.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Wow, this meatloaf came out so moist. I did have to double all the ingredients because I had 3lbs of meat and it did take a little longer but well worth the wait.

The Best Steak Marinade

This was really good, we marinated a london broil for about 5 hours. The kids asked me what I did different and they said the flavor was awesome. We will surely use this marinade again. Thanks

Easy Meatloaf

Grilled Asparagus

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches

Wow, this was very good. I did have a pound of meat so I doubled everything but the brown sugar. Based on reviews of this recipe too sweet, I decided to use less. Also, I used chopped onions instead of the powder. Kids really liked them. This is my new sloppy joe recipe.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Excellent,I didn't have time to marinate because this was a last minute meal. We were tired of the same grilled chicken and wanted a different flavor. I came upon this recipe that I saved to my recipe box. The marinade was easy and fast to put together. We just basted as it cooked and the chicken was so moist. Can't wait til next time, I will plan to marinate. Thanks for sharing.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Really good, I did have a smaller pan, 12" and I had to cook it a few minutes longer because of the thickness, but it came out sooo good. Everyone loved it and a scoop of vanilla ice cream was a perfect addition!!

Byrdhouse Marinated Tomatoes and Mushrooms

This was just ok for me, it didn't blow my socks off. Next time I'm going to use evoo instead of vegetable oil and the whole time that I was eating it, I kept thinking how good fresh mozzarella would taste in it. I also drained off some of the dressing, I thought it was a little too much. Also, the dark color turned the kids off and most of the pictures for this recipe did not have that brownish color, I guess they used something else. I will make this recipe again.

Spicy Bean Salsa

Wow, we loved it!! I followed the directions exactly and it came out delicious. It was a real treat on a very hot & humid day. My husband couldn't stop eating it, thank goodness we ran out of tortilla chips, we now have some for tomorrow and I have to run to the store for more chips. Thanks so much for sharing.
