Baked Pork Chops I
These were good, my pork chops where cut a lot thinner than the ones in the recipe I suppose, so they were done in 20 minutes and were very tender and tasty. I sauce tasted good, but was a little too runny for my liking. The next time I make this I will put a little thickener into the sauce. But overall, other than the fact that I over salted this is a great recipe to have on hand.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
This cake is very good. I have one not so good thing to report, but is has nothing to do with the recipe, I used my silicone bunt pan and unfortunately it was too small, so I had to cut of a good 1/3 of the cake, because it had risen too high and was burning on the heating element of the oven. Other than that the cake is moist, very chocolately and I love it. I will make this again, not too soon though, because this cake is very rich.

Tasty Collard Greens
My Mom said that these were really good. It was my first time attempting collard greens and I although I did not like them, I know that they tasted the way they were supposed to taste. I am very proud of myself for executing this recipe. I could not find a smoked turkey leg, so I added "a dash" of liquid smoke and that seemed to do the trick. My Mom is the big cooker in the house and if she liked them, they must be good.
