Stuffed Pork Chops III
Wonderful idea! I used store bought boxed stuffing, added chopped celery and made it by the package directions in the microwave. Stuffed my pork loin chops and used the directions here to cook them along with chicken broth made from a boullion cube instead of beef broth and it turned out scrumptious! Will be doing this again and again, my family loves it!

Crunchy Caramel Corn
Fantastic!! Unbelievably quick and simple to make and absolutely delicious! I didn't have butter and even though it says no substitutes, I used margarine and to prevent scorching I cut the final microwave time to 2 and half minutes and it was perfect. 2 glass bowls, a wisk, a wooden spoon and a cooking sprayed sheet of foil to cool on, the easiest clean up ever. Totally beats the old fashioned way to make crispy caramel corn, I can't wait to try it with real butter. Thank you for this recipe, now back to the microwave to whip up some more!!

Hamburger Soup III
Great base recipe! I only had 1 can of Italian style stewed tomatoes so I used that and a 15oz can of tomato sauce. I added some garlic and 2 sliced up stalks of celery with the onions and meat and a bit of basil at the end. I only had canned veggies so used them too, a can of peas and a can of corn. Should call it Canned Soup LOL! Mine came out more like a stew but it was absolutely wonderful with toasted garlic bread for sopping up the juice. Thank you for putting up this recipe!
