About this Cook
I have been cooking since i was a little kid then decided to make a career out of it. Started from a dishwasher all the way to a line cook and now, after serving in the Navy, i run a kitchen close to home and love every minute of it. Currently going back to school in Sept. to Le Cordon Bleu (Penn) and after that, we'll see where the winds guide me.....
My favorite things to cook
Mostly i love Asian inspired dishes. I believe there philosphy of very pure, fresh ingredents and cooking styles. But now i am doing a lot of fusion between Northern\Southern Thai and traditional Japanese.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Watching my Mom bake cookies and pestering her for the dough!! She's one hell of a baker!!
My cooking triumphs
Just the fact that I am still here cooking and have yet to lose my passion for learning new things.
My cooking tragedies
Once...(a long time ago), i burned water. Tried to boil it and forgot about it one the stove!! Still get reminded about that all the time.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap Sandwiches
We Serve a version of this in my restaurant. Next time try it with a Cheddar-Jalapeno wrap. Use romaine lettuce instead of slaw and bleu cheese. One question..Can a wrap be a sandwich?? They are two different things!
