I'm still in school finishing up my degree in music and art history. I work part time with the developmentally disabled. I love to cook anything that allows me to sneak in as many vegetables as possible. I'm not a fan of veggies so I have to be creative. I love making Mexican and Italian dishes, and I keep a bag of chopped broccoli in the freezer ready to add to any dish so I can be sure to get my veggie servings. Every Labor day I make a brisket and Have a pot luck dinner. The first time I successfully flipped an omelet. I didn't clean the spills in my burners an set my stove on fire...........twice.
