Easy Mexican Casserole
vERY gOOD! I used 93/7 ground turkey, and seasoned the heck out of it with onion powder, garlic salt, chili powder, smoked paprika & cumin.. I used a can of red beans and MJ cheese because of what I had. Regarding the chips - I measured about 4 cups of whole chips (the bite sized) and then crushed those, and it was the perfect amount. A simple, economical and tasty casserole that even my 5 yr old liked! (oh, I omitted the olives b/c sometimes he doesn't like "wheels"). Will likely make again. THANKS!
