Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
Wonderful! I'v never made butternut squash before. I will be making this again and again. I used my cast iron skillet. Heated the oil on the stove top, than put everything in the skillet and into a 375 oven. Cooked about 30 mins, bottom was nice and crusty. Also did as others and microwaved squash for 4-5 mins before peeling and cutting. Yummy!!

Tangy Cucumber and Avocado Salad
yummy. This is a great salad. Took it to a party and had 3 people ask for the recipe and so simple to make. I did add cherry toms and lefted out the green onions. Another winner.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
These turned out great. Although I did as others and made the sauce, browned the pork chops than put it all in the oven for about 30 mins at 350.
