Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Yummy** Just like others, I used (hersheys kisses)because that's what I had on hand, I also put them in the freezer for a few minutes before putting them on the cookies. Making nice size balls I ended up getting 4 dozen all together! Great for gift tins =)

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Like others I also used 1/2c of brown sugar and 1/2c of white and added vanilla. They were delish, however they were not done in the suggested 8 minutes of baking. After about 7 minutes I removed them from the oven to preforate them with a fork, I then put them back in for about 5-6 minutes. When I took them out I slso let them rest on the cookie sheet for about 1 minute, as they were very delicate, but perfect for a little "cheat" on my low-carb diet. =)
