Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Michelle's Soft Sugar Cookies
The dough was really sticky prior to putting in the refrigerator. I left it there for about an hour and the dough was perfect for drop cookies. I'm not sure they would ever work for rolled cookies. Cooked for about 8 minutes and they were perfect soft cake-like cookies. Best sugar cookies I've ever made!! Better than the kind you buy at the market.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
This is the best apple pie that I've made! I made it Thanksgiving morning for the first time and was so nervous that it wouldn't turn out and we wouldn't have any pie. It was awesome! The sauce is the best part and the part that makes it stand out from other apple pie recipes. The lattice top is slightly more time consuming that a normal pie crust but even a beginner cook like me can do it. It really makes people think you spent forever in the kitchen and adds a specialness to it!

MMMMM... Brownies
This is the best home-made browie I've ever made!! It was so moist and delicious I ate almost the whole thing myself (kinda embarassing!) I made it exactly as the recipe called except that I had a bar of dark chocolate and I broke off some pieces and mixed it in with the flour mixture. Crispy on the edges and gooey in the center...mmmmm!!
