I love to try anything new when it comes to cooking. I am better at baking than cooking but I'm working on that.

I'll try anything that sparks my interest I don't usually like to cook anything overly complicated. I like to keep it simple but tasty.

I'm from the south so I grew up with all the good old Southern comfort foods. And all the women in my family are fantastic Southern cooks.

Anything my husband (picky eater) will eat.
My cooking tragedies
I've had to many to remember one specific, usually when I make something it could go either way as I like to just try what comes to mind a lot. Sometimes it's good sometimes, not so good.

Sweet Cottage Cheese and Bananas
I just made this for breakfast. I had some cottage cheese I had to use before it went bad. I eas skeptical but this was so delicious and healthy. I used a little more honey than called for but I like things really sweet. I will eat this a lot! I love finding healthy but tasty dishes Thanks a million for the recipe.

Baked Spaghetti I
My husband and I really liked this dish. I loved the mushroom sauce, so much in fact next time instead of just putting it on the top I will put two layers of the suace and parmesian cheese, one in the middle and one on top. Thanks for the great recipe. It's one I will be making again.

Easy Lemon Cookies
I just made these and the first cookie I tried was pretty sweet so I had another dipped in a glass of skim milk. WOW!!! They are perfect after you dip it in milk. It cuts the sweetness and the cookie just dissolves in your mouth. Scrumptious, plus these are so easy, simple, and PRETTY. Thanks a lot I will definitly make these again.
