This was good. Im not a big coffee drinker, so this was perfect for me. The only change I made was that I used french vanilla creamer.

Mini Meatloaves

These were good. I made them exactly as written except that I cooked them in the crock pot. I'm sure that they are much better when cooked in the oven, but its so hot here I couldnt bear to turn it on. So they turned out ok, but I'm sure not as good as they're supposed to be. So I will make these again but in the oven :)

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Oh man these were soooo good! I could probably eat the whole pan myself...but I'll try to restrain myself. I was looking for something to make without using the oven becauce its been so hot here. These were perfect! I used half semi sweet chocolate chips and half milk chocolate chips. I'll be making these all the time now!

Seafood Sandwich

I liked this. I didnt refrigerate it for 30 minutes though because I was hungry and it still was very good. Also, I just toasted the bun in the toaster because I didnt want to turn the oven on, and then spread some butter on it. Tasty little sandwich. I do still have some of the salad left so we'll see if it tastes any better after you let it sit.

Buckeye Balls II

These were fast and tasty. The kids loved them and I thought they were really good too. The rolling them and dipping them is kind of a pain though, so I'll probably stick to bar form.

Tuna Salad with Cranberries

I liked this tuna. I did put chips on mine, like another reviewer, which I do all the time anyway. But the chips gave it a little something extra. I think next time I will add some onion. A keeper!

Betty's Best Hot Chicken Salad

I was a little dissappointed by this recipe. With the ingredients it sounded pretty tasty. Not that it was really bad, it was just ok. It was pretty greasy and I didnt use the full amount of chips called for. I probably wont be making this again.

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Made these for dinner tonight and they were great! I didnt use the sugar or red pepper. I think theyd be a little too sweet with the sugar. Very tasty, had them with some guacamole. Yum!

Apple Ham Grilled Cheese

I really liked this! It was different and good! I used green apple and didnt peel it and I used sharp cheddar. Turned out very nice, I'm sure I'll make it again :)

Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I

I make this all the time because its one of my husbands favorite desserts. I use the light peaches in juice, add another can of peaches, but drain that one, and dont use cinnamon, but Im sure itd be great. I have never had a problem with it being soggy or having dry mix. I just slice the cold butter and lay it out evenly over the cake mix. I cant imagine adding extra sugar to this like other reviewers say they do, its already so sweet.

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

I made these last night because I wanted something sweet and fast. These were perfect. I did cheat and used those mini peanut butter sandwich crackers and I also used semi sweet chocolate chips for the coating. So easy and yummy and pretty cute with the mini crackers.

These were alright. I made them exactly as written, except using a little more than half of the butter called for and they still were pretty greasy. Pretty good flavor, but nothing I'll be making a whole lot.

These were so good...all moist and fudgy and delicious! The only changes I made were that I halved the recipe and used half whole wheat flour. They turned out great! No more box mixes here!

Cumin Lamb Steaks with Smashed Potatoes, Wilted Spinach and Red Wine Sauce

OK, if I could give this more stars I would! First of all its freakin' fantastic! Second of all, its pretty easy to make, but tastes like it came from a restaurant...so its pretty impressive. I loved everything about it, the sauce was great, everything. The only changes I made were that I did not have cumin seeds so I just rubbed some cumin powder on the lamb steaks. Also, I added a little cream to the potatoes. Yum yum. I know I'll be making this again!

Sourdough Tomato Bread

This was tasty bread. I halved the recipe, used a little less than half whole wheat flour and I used bread flour for the rest. I also made this into sandwich rolls, which made for a nice sandwich!
