Wow, this was really good! I dont have a grill so I broiled mine and I topped it with cheddar, sauteed onions, avocado, and some mayo. It was soooo good. I will definitely be making this again!

I made this last night and it was so yummy. I halved the recipe and it still made a lot. Also, I put it in the oven for 30 min. at 200 degrees. Very tasty!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2008
These were great! I've never had falafel before and I really liked it! The only changes I made were that I did not use coriander, because I dont have any, and no peppers, because I dont like it. Also I did not make the sauce because I already had some from Trader Joes. So yummy! Will make again!

French Toast Stars

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2008
Wow! This is fantastic french toast! I made little stars and some other shapes for my boys and gave them strawberry yogurt to dip them in. I just made it regular for me and ate it with the "absolute best pancake syrup" from here because its my favorite and it was soooo good. I will definitely be using this recipe again!

A Peanutty S'more

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
When I saw this recipe I really wanted to try it, but I didnt have any peanut butter cups. So I just spread some natural peanut butter on the graham cracker, topped it with the chocolate, then the toasty marshmallow and...yum! It was really good! I cant wait to try it with the peanut butter cup!

Dry Ranch Style Seasoning for Dip or Dressing

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
I used this today for the "ranch oyster crackers" from here. It worked great. Only changes I made were that I did not use pepper and I used regular sea salt instead of season salt. I will definitely use this again!

Ranch Oyster Crackers

These were great! I made these for the kids today and they loved them! I used the "dry ranch style seasoning for dip or dressing" from here instead of the packet of ranch. Turned out great!

Kentucky Biscuits

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
These were tasty. Good flavor, but mine didnt rise as much as I thought they would. I did use half whole wheat flour so maybe thats what did it. I had these with the "chocolate gravy II" from this site. Sooo tasty! I also used these to make the "teddy bear biscuits" from here for my boys.

Chocolate Gravy II

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2008
This was soooo good! The only changes I made were that I halved it, used a little less sugar, and added some vanilla at the end. Mine turned out a little pudding like, I think because I cooked it a little too long, so now I know for next time! I served this over the "Kentucky Biscuits" from this site...I ate four biscuits covered in this gravy, so I obviously liked it!

Italian Scallop and Shrimp Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
I made this tonight for dinner for myself and it is very flavorful! The only changes I made were that I had jumbo scallops that I halved and I sauteed the scallops, shrimp and peas in a tiny bit of butter and olive oil. Then just did the rest of the recipe as stated. Very yummy!

These turned out beautifully! I did not double the crust and it was perfect. I did make more filling though. I added 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Perfect! I loved them!!

Mexican Cream Cheese Rollups

These were maybe too olive-y for me. Still a very good recipe, but I think next time I might just use a little less of the green olives.

Lemon Coconut Squares

These were very good! Only changes I made were that I halved it and used some whole wheat flour for the flour. The coconut on mine didnt really toast up, but they were still tasty. Lemon bars are one of my all time favorites, so these hit the spot! Yum!
