Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Oh man...oh man...oooooh man these are AMAZING! Next time I'm going to try them without the mint - mostly because I don't normally have them on hand and they're pricey. I just KNOW they're going to be amazing! ooh man these are out of this world.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2009
WHOA! Even on the stove top (we don't use microwaves) it was easy and YUMMY! VERY rich. I added the dash of salt and a little butter like suggested. Never boxed pudding again!

Angel Hair Pasta with Lemon and Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
A few liked it, few didn't. I'm giving it a '4' for a good starting point. I like the lemon, marjoram was too strong for DH. With the left overs I'm going to add some chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and maybe add some Zesty Italian dressing.

Carol's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
The WHOLE family loved it! Because my DD gave such a rave review my DH came home and tried it. He loved it! We did make some adjustments - but that was only based on what we had on hand not because we didn't think the original recipe would be off at all. We added apple chunks, no onions (preference), purple grapes, cheddar cheese (what I had!) and... oh ya, since we used canned chicken I'll back off the salt a bit next time. But if I cooked up some chicken myself I think the salt will be just perfect!

The Best Spaghetti Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
Just like mom made! Here were my adjustments: one pound of hamburger instead of two (plenty), no onions (preference), no Parmesan cheese (bummer) and I make my own spaghetti sauce so I think that's why my dish wasn't bland as some others were saying. (My suggestion would be to add Italian seasoning and some garlic powder/salt) Also I didn't bake it in the oven, I just poured it all into my pot and heated it up in there. That's not going to change the flavor I don't think, it's just one less dish to clean and because yes, that's how my mom did it ;)
