Unbelievable Fish Batter
Great flavor and lightness. I used it on fish and onion rings! Yum!! My problem wasn't the batter but my ability to deep fry!

Chicken Marsala
I followed the suggestions made by other reviewers and doubled the sauce. I also added some garlic/onion powder to the flour. This turned out great. I added cornstartch and cream to the sauce afterwards to thicken up the sauce -- but I added too much. Still tasted good! Served it to family that was in town with angel hair pasta. It was a huge hit!

Amazing Butternut Squash
I made this for company, and they all RAVED about it. Asking for the recipe and all that good stuff. Definitely a yummy twist on regular squash!
