Simple Spinach Lasagna
Excellent! We used half spinach and half broccoli. Also subbed low fat ricotta for the cottage cheese. Even my boyfriend, who doesn't particularly like ricotta or pasta really liked this lasagna.

Easy Fusili with Tomato Pesto Sauce
We added a can of black beans at the same time as the tomatoes. It came out pretty good. I liked it more than my boyfriend, but he's not big on pasta. I had leftovers for several days.
