Quinoa and Black Beans
I was so looking forward to making this. So many great reviews. I made it exactly as written, except I used chicken broth instead of vegetarian, and cut it in half for smaller family,which should should not have affected the dish It's a gloppy mess like library paste with no flavor I can't imagine how it got great reviews

Just too tomato-y Felt it overwhelmed the vegetables Have better barley vegetable soup recipes

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
This has become one of our favorites, tasty and fast. I sometimes add a little chopped onion and a little chopped jalapeno pepper for a bit more flavor with the garlic
