I'm a new mommy of an 8 month old little boy, who keeps me very busy. I'm trying to start up my own home massage business, I have been a therapist for 5 years and I enjoy what I do very much. I have been living in Hammond for 2 years and really love it, I love the smallness of the city.
My favorite things to cook
I would have to say, I really love to bake, I enjoy cooking things I have not done before. Living here in southern La. there is always something new to try.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I would have to say baking at Christmas, it brings back such wonderful memories as a child and I want to pass that on to my children.
My cooking triumphs
The 3 layered poppy seed lemon cake that I made from the Martha Stewart Living mag. I was soo proud of myself for even trying to make it and it turn out beautiful!
My cooking tragedies
Meatloaf need I say more LOL.
