Although I married a Cherokee Native, I am still and very proud to be Italian. I love being a mentor to my students at Long Neck Elementary, and especially my family who make up my world! Anything Italian, using my slow cooker and my oven, I seldom use the microwave, and I never fry, this keeps our menu healthy, homemade means it comes from love! Our holiday dinners, our family bbq's, and never leaving the dining table until the sun sets and the chianti is finished! My one step chicken and proof, if you ask my husband, is that the way to a mans' heart is definitely through his stomach! In all honesty, and I am sure due to old age, I can't remember any memorable moments.
