I am a die-hard Nestle cookie girl. I love how they taste, but don't love how they seem to turn out flat for me. This recipe is GREAT! I love it and will use it from now on. I followed the recipe exactly.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

This was excellent, but it stuck to the bottom of my pan very badly. So this time I will try to put a small piece of "renyolds wrap release" on the bottom of the pan. But it is worth making!
