Baked Tofu Bites
This recipe changed my life! lol well not quite but it is just yummy! Have been using it for a couple of years now, and we serve the tofu over the top of a big salad served with a smoky tomato dressing, yummy!!!

Tofu and Veggies in Peanut Sauce
My partner and I both really enjoyed this quick and easy vegan dish! I too added garlic to the tofu, and added spinach also. Very yummy- will make again
