Crab Crusted Grouper
I followed the recipe as written. I probably would not make it again. I think there are better uses for good crab.

Dijon Crusted Halibut
After reading the other reviews, I used regular Italian bread crumbs for the mayonnaise coating, and panko crumbs for the final coating. Delicious!! However, I had to bake it for an extra 8 minutes, and put it under the broiler for 3 minutes to get it brown.

Paprika Pork Chops
I used half hot paprika and half smoky sweet paprika. Pork was tender. I would double the amount of topping because my family wanted seconds.
