Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
The spicing on this was excellent, not too hot, but spicy enough to make it interesting. We sauteed the vegetables and chicken in a saucepan first, then put them in the crockpot with the other ingredients. We used Emeril's Essence as our Cajun spice, and chorizo sausage because we could not find andouille, and Costco's frozen seafood mix with shrimp, calamari, and mussels.
