Sylvia's Ribs
we usually use the baby back ribs recipe on this site but i had run out of barbeque sauce and couldn't marinate the ribs overnight. so i found this recipe which didn't need overnight prep and we found it tastier and more tender than the other recipe. albeit more work but worth it! i estimated all the ingredients and after baking as instructed, i basted the ribs with the rest of the sauce and placed it under the broiler until the sauce carmelized. delish!
