One Dish Chicken Bake
i found this to be a bit on the salty side but it could be because i subbed condensed onion soup for the cream of mushroom. otherwise still very tasty and easy to make. the chicken turned out super moist!

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
so delicious! i baked it in an angel food cake pan for 1.5 hours and it was perfectly done. very moist. i sifted my flour 3 times as per another review, added a tad more vanilla and covered the pan at an hour and 20 mins as i didn't want it to brown too much. also topped with a lime glaze. yum!

Sylvia's Ribs
we usually use the baby back ribs recipe on this site but i had run out of barbeque sauce and couldn't marinate the ribs overnight. so i found this recipe which didn't need overnight prep and we found it tastier and more tender than the other recipe. albeit more work but worth it! i estimated all the ingredients and after baking as instructed, i basted the ribs with the rest of the sauce and placed it under the broiler until the sauce carmelized. delish!
