Thai Sweet Sticky Rice With Mango (Khao Neeo Mamuang)

Preparing it exactly as the recipe states doesn't work - Tooooooo much sugar to start. Everything else should be changed as well, needs to be rewritten. Its so sticky, it gets caught in every part of your mouth, throat and fills you up instantly.

Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes

It has an "Italian" taste to it. Something that I was expecting. I used a pear heavy chardonnay because I had thought a fruit wine will complement all the ingredients. I used Genovese basil, which is common but doesn't make a difference in the flavor - might as well use pesto. I think a bit of heat would be nice with some chili pepper flakes. Not bad recipe, the prep is right on.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

I love Starbucks Ginger Cookies. These are just so much better!!!!! I agree with other reviews saying to let the mix sit before rolling, its a bit gooey at the start. Get some oil on your hands!

Refreshing Cucumber Lemonade

I love this recipe its refreshing when very cold. Cucumbers all come in different sizes and thicknesses (heard this one before?), So I would use 6-8 inches of the middle of a nice ripe one. Id use an english cucumber only because i find it more subtle or fresh tasting. Use Big Juicy Lemons if you plan to splash in some Grey Goose.
