Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I thought it was very flavorful made exactly as it was stated. The only thing I had a problem with was having the "topping" actually stay on the fish! I've made it several times and when I pull it out of the oven, the topping has slid off the fish, laying in a pool around it. I just scoop it back up and it tastes great!!!

Old Fashioned Stuffing
I also added more liquid, but I used half and half as the extra liquid. It make it so moist and rich tasting. I upped the sage a bit as well as added a couple more eggs. But this is a good basic recipe!

Peanut Butter Balls III
These were great! Very easy and turned out wonderful. Putting them in the fridge before dipping in chocolate is the key for sure. Thanks for the great recipe!!
