Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I thought it was very flavorful made exactly as it was stated. The only thing I had a problem with was having the "topping" actually stay on the fish! I've made it several times and when I pull it out of the oven, the topping has slid off the fish, laying in a pool around it. I just scoop it back up and it tastes great!!!
