Onion and Cheddar Burgers

Great tasting burger. Add about 1/2 c. of Italian seasoned crumbs to the mixture. This will firm it up while cooking.

Cranberry Pecan Salad

Excellent salad. I didn't have any raspberry vinegar, but I used a raspberry viniagrette dressing and it was awesome.

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Excellent recipe. The dressing is outstanding. I served it to my guests for dinner last night along with Baked Almond Chicken over Fettuccine - they loved it and asked for the recipe!

Roast Chicken with Potato, Olives and Greek Seasoning

This is a fabulous chicken dinner. I have a chef service and my clients love it. I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts instead of whole chicken.

This is one of the best baked chicken I have tasted. I have a Chef Service (providing dinners on a nightly basis). I made this chicken, served with Seasoned Potatoes and Green Beans. My clients raved and have requested this chicken dish be included on my monthly menu. It is definitely a winner!

Chicken and Potato Parcels

This is an excellent entree. I followed the advice of others and microwaved the potatoes, then added to the other ingredients. I also did not cut up the chicken. I have a chef service and put this on my menu. I received rave reviews. It is definitely a keeper.
