Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Excellent! I put the flour mixture in a ziploc bag and then added the wings. Left the wings in the fridge for a few hours. Then I baked them on silicone baking sheets, so they wouldn't stick at 375 for 50mins turning once. The best.

Mapled Ham
This recipe has good potential but needs tweaking. Don't get me wrong the ham still turned out great but I was expecting a thicker sauce, lost all that maple syrup in the water. I should have read the other reviews closer. No need to put 2 cups of water in, and the sauce needed to be a LOT of thickener.

Shepherd's Pie VI
This was excellent! Only thing I did different was use shredded mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar because thats what I had. Its not a quick recipe though. It took about 1hr 10min total with prep time.
