Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

I thought this recipe was fantastic!!!! I altered the recipe a bit, and used a few ideas from other people's notes. I cut the cream cheese in half, and reduced the amount of mayo to 1/3 cup. I omitted the water completely, and added freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the mozzerella cheese. It was great!!!

I just tried making these cookies, and in the process of "blending" the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, the batter turned all crumbly. It was in no way smooth...I hope that by being in the fridge for a couple hours they will still be able to hold shape when baking.

I think this a good concept for an interesting dinner. However I would not separate the crescent rolls, i would just unroll the dough over top and bake it like that.
