Pasta Broccoli Bake
This was a kid pleasing recipe. I used wheat pasta, frozen broccoli instead of fresh, fresh garlic and thyme, and also threw some panko bread crumbs on top. would make it again maybe with some variations. I agree chicken would also work as an addition.

Berry Trifle
I used fresh berries, and doubled the recipe to serve large party. Very easy, and everyone loved it....and the best part, it was even better the next day!

Weekend Brunch Casserole
Yum!! Satisfying and easy to make. I used regular breakfast sausage chopped up, red onions, a mix of sharp cheddar and mozz., 8 eggs and 1 cup milk. I will definitely make again. Kids and adults both love it.
