I love these cookies. I have made them as the recipe calls for and they are yummy. I have also made them with: chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, milled flax, ... They are a good base for adding whatever healthy stuff you want. They make an excellent healthy breakfast cookie or snack. My kids who are 3 and 6 love them! I additional note: They may take longer to bake. I just make sure they are beginning to brown on top. I also always use my stoneware to bake them on.
