The prime rib roast I cooked everyone for Christmas Eve dinner 2007. I used the same recipe as the year before, but this one didnt turn out...too bloody and salty, salty, salty :-(

Healthy Garden Salad
I love the dressing! I had to use one lemon and one lime, but it was nice and tangy, salty and sweet. This is the first time I've tried edamame, its ok - the salad is nice and refreshing, healthy and so colorful! I didnt boil the corn, you can just throw it in the bowl frozen.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
Very good and flavorful. I baked in the oven (425 and it took mine about 30 min). I did end up drizzling some olive oil over the top as they were sticking a bit with just pam spray. I didnt make the sauce - so just rating the falafel. My first attempt at homemade falafel, it was very easy and I will definitely make again - with sauce and all the fixings. I got 12 decent sized patties out of the mixture

Cinnamon Griddle Cakes
I really liked these! I didnt have any corn syrup, not sure if that just makes them sweeter or if needed for texture or anything? I made the powdered sugar glaze and had to put more milk than called for in it. Yum! Nice treat. I also ate with maple syrup. Its sweet - but I love sweet stuff. I did a big heaping T of cinnamon - almost too much, next time I'll level it off.
