Pork Chops to Live For
This is a great, quick recipe that I have made for years on my stove top in a covered frying pan, cooking on low for 3 to 4 hours. I brown the chops first, add the ingredients and also add about a pint of sour cream. The gravy is wonderful.

Last Minute Mushrooms
This is very tasty but I always add chopped garlic and a little white wine. When plated, sprinkle with parmesian cheese. Delish.

Caramelized Bacon Twists
The bacon has a very unique flavor to it. I would definitely put it on a rack to bake it next time, it held too much bacon grease for my taste. I will also lay it flat for baking and cook it longer for a crispier bacon. I am going to crumble some of the bacon and add it to my Chinese salad recipe.
