I'm an okie from Muskogee..lol..I have been married to my wonderful husband Ricky for 6 years. I have a beautiful step-daughter Audrie none of our own but working on that. I enjoy singing, playing pool, crafts, and of course my new found hobby cooking. I like to fix things that I will have plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. Such as chili, stews, casseroles. Cooking from scratch. Homeade biscuits and gravy is one of my fav's. Well my most complimented dish is my homeade enchilada's it a recipe given to me by my Great Aunt Jeda. My first time making chicken and dumplings I guess I added a gallon of extra water because know matter how much batter I kept adding it would not cook up.
