To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I make a lot of muffins, and I've made several different kinds of blueberry muffins lately. But everyone said these are the best yet! I only used about half of the crumb topping, because all the muffins were already totally covered and I couldn't see adding any more to the top. I used Sugar in the Raw and I think it added a nice sparkle and texture. These aren't going to be my regular breakfast muffins just because there are healthier alternatives out there, but they are totally delicious and perfect for a treat!
