Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls
I added a little sauerkraut/miracle whip light/Mustard "Dressing" (just about a teaspoon) to the bottom of the bread, and then set the cheese and turkey (family doesnt eat ham) on top. I didnt melt the butter all the way, just softened it completely, so the butter, onion and poppyseeds made a spread, then I just put a dallop of it on top of the bread and baked it for 20 minutes. It melted well without a mess, and tasted great!

Apple Crisp III
I only made the "crisp" part of this dish maninly because I have my own sure fire recipe for cooked apples that avoid the watered down soupiness that can sometimes occur. For that problem I would reccommend adding a tsp or two of flour or cornstarch to the apples and cinnamon. As for the crisp, I added some nutmeg and cinnamon to it too and it came out great.

Quick and Easy Lemon Pie
Ive made this pie every summer for the past two years, and I love it. It's like having a cool refreshing slice of lemon-like cheesecake. Yum!
