Microwave Fettuccine Alfredo

This sauce is so good and easy! I added parsley and garlic powder. It would also be good with spinach or tomato.

The meatloaf had a good flavor, but it didn't stay together very well. My grandma said to add a little baking powder, so I might try that next time. I used tomato sauce instead of juice and used a mix of ketchup and bbq sauce for the sauce on top. Overall this is a fairly good meatloaf.

Healthier Graham Cracker Crust

The crust was dense but fairly good, especially for being a healthier crust. I made this for the Coconut (Haupia) and Chocolate Pie recipe from this site.

The pie was pretty good, but I have to agree that the coconut layer was lacking flavor. It needed something extra. I used close to 1 cup of chocolate chips and that was too chocolatey. I used the Healthier Graham Cracker Crust from this site and topped the pie with bananas.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This crust was the perfect mix of crispy and chewy (just like the heading says), and it wasn't too thin or thick. I made it with the sauce from the Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza recipe from this site and added chicken. Very good!

Deep Dish Alfredo Pizza

I only made the sauce (I used the Jay's Signature Pizza Crust from this site) but it was so good! It was very rich and tasted like restaurant alfredo. I added chicken to the pizza and it was great! Spinach, onions, and red pepper might be good too.

Creamy Rice Pudding

Black and Blueberry Muffins

Orange Pineapple Smoothie

I followed this recipe except for the rum and lime juice and added in pina colada mix. It wasn't the greatest smoothie, but it still tasted good and was easy!
