Broccoli Chicken Casserole I
Easy and tastes good! I added an extra can of cream of mushroom soup, some onion powder, and about 8 oz. of sliced mushrooms. Didn't layer (just mixed everything together in a big bowl) and placed in the pan and topped with cheese and a 1/2 package of stuffing for chicken. Will make again!

Potato Salmon Patties
Added a splash of lemon juice and pressed in panko breadcrumbs before cooking in oil. Yummy and easy!

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo
4 stars b/c I loved the flavor/texture of the fish and the taste of the chipotle mayo, but not the slaw. I especially enjoyed the fish (so simple and delicious) and will be making it alone for future meals.
