This has become a favorite gift with my friends. I started giving it out when in college, and I had no money to buy things. My friends all prefer to have the frozen dough available to bake these treats at home - It's the coveted gift.

Lemon Glazed Cake

I too used a bundt pan, and I used orange jello. I also added in about 1.5 cups of cranberries. For the glaze, I ran out of lemon juice, so I used up some lime juice. That added a nice tang to it. I get rave comments on this. It's so easy to experiment with different flavors with this recipe.

Beef Tips and Noodles

I always get rave reviews with this one! I make it an night and then have it for dinner the next evening so the meat is really tender. This is great served with either rice or noodles.

Hummus Pizza

I thought this was a nice change. I used a flavored hummus, and I added some grated parmesan for a more robust flavor.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

This was my first time making doughnuts, and they came out perfect! They were all eaten at work, and people had a hard time believing that I had made them!
