Hearty Garlic Potato Soup
This was very good. I omitted the chicken boullion and parsley because I didn't have it, I substituted Italian Seasoning instead.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce
I made this tonight with blackberry jam because it was what we had, it was delicious! I followed the recipe to a tee otherwise, easy midweek flavorful dinner.
